The Women Empowerment & Inclusive Leadership Movement
Women have been graduating at a higher rate than men with bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees. However, they are still underrepresented in leadership positions. Only 8% of Fortune 500 companies have a women CEO. The numbers are much lower for black women and women of color.
This workshop will have three components (1) Diversity and Inclusion for Gender and Racial Equity (2) Support Systems for Women in the Workplace and Society (3) Powerful Mindset to Lead with Confidence. The goal of this workshop is to expose students to a wide array of information and strategies to become agents of change and promote gender equity in the world and all facets of life.
