How is climate change affecting communities around the world?
In this workshop, students engaged in a dialogue about climate change that aims to conceptually diminish the distance between us we tackle our climate emergency. Students learned about Professor Xavier Cortada and his Longitudinal Installation and stood in the shoes of individuals from across the 24 time zones and understood how climate change has impacted them, and in turn, all of us.
Students created an artistic video about a lesson learned through their participation in the Hemispheric Longitudinal Installation and an eco-action they will engage in to address global climate change. These videos were uploaded and geotagged in the Padlet below.
