Facility Description

The Laboratory of Analysis of Solids, is a R&D laboratory that analyzes solid samples through X-ray diffraction techniques and scanning electron microscopy, with useful results for Chemistry, Geology and Physics research.

The main lines of measurement are: Powder Diffraction (XRD). Single-Crystal Diffraction (SC-XRD). Scanning Electron Microscopy with EDS detector (SEM-EDS).
